Court should dispense justice and not just dispose cases

If we need to demand then first we should demand that courts should dispense justice and not just dispose cases. Higher the courts today and more mediocre the job. Instead of one SC, we have 12-14 supreme courts dispose cases differently and same court dispose cases differently for different lawyers.
Instead of being ashamed the system is bloody arrogant.
Nobody fights it in courts, there are coteries protecting one or the other. Lawyers are not one. There are vested interests a galore.
Let there be an invitation of various ills from different courts that mar our system. Collate and then strategize how to go forward.
Shame bad judgements, have volunteers who will collate on day to day basis how same court react differently in cases of different class of lawyers or litigants. The list is long but here I think is the start.
