SUNIL GUPTA We congratulate and thank you for opening this Whatsapp Group to campaign for the  greater transparency and Accountability in the higher judiciary

🌹Sunil Guptaji,
Let me congratulate and thank you for opening this Whatsapp Group to campaign for the  greater transparency and Accountability in the higher judiciary. 🌹
Am a great admirer, nay, fan of Guptaji. I must say I ,always, consider that  engineers  are intellectually far superior to lawyers; so too their contribution to the mankind. Because of the intellectual prowess of the engineers like Guptaji only  we could  form a group like this.🌹 Guptaji  is an alumini of IIT Powai.🌹
Dear friends,
Guptaji  is not a mere engineer. He is a great human being. I respect him, adore him, more of his quality of heart ,his concerns for the poor than his achievements in the realm of Engineering.  He was with me when I took half a dozen  slum dwellers (women carrying on their arms babies as young as just two weeks)who were dispossessed of their shanties not exactly by the heartless police, but by a Government /executive which felt it was duty bound to domilish the Shanties of the poor slum dwellers, disconnect even  the water electric supply to their shanties, even to distroy  their toilets , because the Hon'ble judges of the HC acting on a PIL has ordered them to do so .😩😩😩😩😩😩
My esteemed Brothers and Sisters,
The HC even constitued  a committee consisting of the Chief Secretary ,DGP,Commissioner of police to execute it's orders and to  submit to it quaterly  report on the operation of  the indiscribable misery and brutality on the millions living in abject poverty and misery😳😳.
My dear friends,
You wont believe when I say that such orders were passed without  hearing not a even a single  slum dweller.😳 They are poor, they pay no tax, therefore , they have no right to be heard; that was  the logic😳😳
I may be forgiven for being  a bit blunt; nay, to too blunt in telling the  bitter truth. All these could happen because the AG and the Advocates representing the Government had not dared to utter word which would have displeased the judges. They failed to represent the people of this country; so too the Government whom they were duty bound to defend. Because they think, if they speak against the  views of the Honble judges manifestly against the poor slum dwellers, that will dent their image in the "market" ;nay, the market of Face Law and Progeny Law and face value.😳😳😳
