Why there is an urgency for Judicial transperency & Reform?

Why there is an urgency for Judicial transperency & Reform? -  Entire judiciary is not corrupt. There are number of honest and good judges. But today corruption in the judiciary is a worrying phenomenon.  A corrupt judge being doubly dangerous as he is the one to enforce the writ of the constitution and ensure that no arm of governance violates laws. The judiciary is no less corrupt than any other institution of the Government.  Without prior permission of the Chief Justice of India, one even cannot register an FIR against a judge taking bribe. Due to fear of contempt, the media & press is also unwilling to talk about it. Indian judiciary has become opaque which needs to be transparent. Equally worring is the corrupt advocates.  Therefore take this movement forward through social media and every possible platform till we achieve success. JAI HO.
