Join the National Lawyers' Campaign for Judicial Transparency and Reforms's Campaign for Video Recording of the Court Proceedings

🌹My esteemed  Brothers and Sisters of the SC and Delhi HC Bar,
🌹
Kindly   Join the National Lawyers' Campaign for Judicial Transparency and Reforms's Campaign for Video Recording of the Court Proceedings. The WP by A.C.PHILIP, the  vice president of the Delhi Chapter of the NLC will be listed in the Delhi HC on 29th, Tuesday. Kindly be in the Court. An informal meeting of the NLC's   Delhi Chapter will be held at  the Lawyers Chamber no.47 of the SC. 🌹
The Video Recording of the proceedings of the Supreme Court and the HC of this country will in itself to a great extent bring an end the favouritism , nepotism, hooliganism which has broken the hearts of the "untouchable class" of ordinary  lawyers, namely, who are the sons and daughters of the common man in contrast to the upper caste of lawyers, namely, the kith and kin of the judges, senior lawyers and their kith and kin et al and the hapless litigants. That is the reason why the NLC has resolved to strive for 'Video Recording'as it's sole agenda for the time being. 🌹🌹👇
We have resolved to strengthen the judiciary; to repair whatever damage that has been  caused to its corpus, nay, its prestige, glory and to restore it to its very tilt as the temple of justice of which we ordinary lawyers are the priests. It is we and we alone as priests of the  temples of Justice could   keep the temple  and its deities protected against the onslaught of all sorts of corrupting influences and to keep the streams of justice  free of pollution and dirt.We are  not alone.🌹  The entire country is with us;so too many upright judges. 🌹We must remind ourselves always that the judiciary is the last resort of the common man against oppression and injustice and our criticism should be temperate and non violent. 🌹
Mathews J Nedumpara President, The National lawyers campaign for Judicial Transparency and Reforms, Mumbai.🌹
